Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping for orders over Rs. 1000.

For order value below Rs. 1000 we charge a nominal amount of Rs. 50 for shipping unless there is a running offer.

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving the same and it will be shipped to your registered address unless specified otherwise. 

Delivery of your order will be done in 5-10 working days except in unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ensure timely processing and delivery of your order. 

Our shipping partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed. For prepaid orders kindly contact us at hello@ricrackids.com. 

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped / dispatched.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a variable return policy depending on the category of product purchased. 

All innerwear products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene purposes. 

Personalized Varsity Jackets also cannot be returned or exchanged since they have been personalized to your requirement. 

Other outerwear products are eligible for return, but they must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns will only be accepted if we are informed about it by email within 5 days of receiving the product on hello@ricrackids.com.

We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 50 for returns.   

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ricrackids.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: F217 Sharad Industrial Estate, Lake Road, Bhandup(W), Mumbai 400078. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will provide you store credit for the value of the returned product after deducting a return fee. We do not offer refunds for the same. The store credit will reflect in your account in 7 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
